岗位职责:
Labs China is the 3rd largest development organization out of 15 Labs in company globally, with 2500+ employee in Shanghai (Labs HQ), Beijing, Nanjing, Chengdu, Xi’an and Shenzhen. It covers all company’s product and solution portfolio including Applications, Platform and Network. Labs China Strategy & Management Team is the team defining the strategy and managing the operation of SAP Labs China in 6 locations including strategy, business development, employee engagement & development, working environment, employer branding, marketing, communications, customer and eco-system collaboration and etc.
As a member of Labs China Labs Strategy & Management team, this role is to support Labs China COO in operational activities, including Employee Engagement & Development activities, events organization and internal affairs operations. He/She shall work with other Labs Operation Team members to achieve “great place to work” environment and high employee motivation, ensure smooth operation, and internal/external visibility.
Expectation and Tasks
Be involved in the operation activities of Labs China, with focus on Employee Engagement & Development activities, events organization and internal affairs operations of Labs China. Work with communications team to make the success visible internally and externallyAssist in organizing the internal employee learning & employee care activitiesSupport the organization of VIP visit to Labs China. Support the internal events organization of Labs China. Prepare presentations and management report of Labs China Operation TeamMeeting facilitation including agenda build, minutes taking, and etc.Provide day to day management support
任职要求:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, and related
At least 3+ years related working experience
Good project management experience & organizational capability
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills with high can-do attitude
Proficient with professional slides preparation, excel analytics, and MS Office
Fluent English and Chinese is must, good inter-personal & inter-cultural communication skills
Faster learner, team spirit, highly motivated, likes to take initiative and work with carefulness
Understanding of IT market and know-how of SAP products is a plus
