Job Title: Classroom Event Services Specialist
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE
As part of the SET organization, Knowledge Transfer and Education (KTE) drive enablement of innovations, cloud transformation, and expansion of SAP’s ecosystem at a new scale.
Classroom Event Services (CES), as part of KTE organization, focus on classroom training planning and delivery, mainly for SAP-internal globally. We work closely with all other internal learning organizations to ensure the success of SAP-internal learning.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
- Work together with colleagues in the global and China classroom event services team to ensure the successful delivery of all global and local training programs
- Act self sufficient to clearly understand the requirements from business, provide consulting, plan and execute on the relevant training requests, and improve based on the feedbacks
- Drive/involve in vendor selection, work with vendors to tailor the training content, and establish the sustainable partnership
- Proactively work/suggest on process improvement and tool improvement
- Be the expert in using the SAP learning solution and ensure data accuracy
- Strictly follow the policies, standards, rules, and agreed SLAs
- Be flexible to help out other team members and live the “ONE KTE” spirit
- Actively share knowledge/experience with other team members
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
- University Graduate
- Excellent English Skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills
- Advanced PC skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Hard working attitude and able to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Focus on quality, attention to details
- Good planning- and organizing skills
