Job Description
The position holder will manage the employee services activities for south China including below daily task:
- Issue offer letter and arrange onboarding logistics.
- Place services order to respective vendors for the new hires/transfer/offboard. (FESCO, Sirva, EY and FADV).
- Manage background screening process and escalate to review if any discrepancy case.
- Maintain and manage employee E P-files.
- Make sure timely data maintenance in the HR information system.
- Handle employee queries on relevant HR transaction matters.
- Adhere global and local policies and procedures on daily transaction.
- Support HR team members on the ad hoc work.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree with at least 4 years working experience in the HR field.
- Positive working attitude and able to take multi task efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Hands on experiences in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Has strong sense of responsibility, willing to work in challenging work environment
