职位要求
岗位职责:
员工持股项目 认购期
协助完成前期的沟通和答疑
协助完成问题反馈及解决
协助完成员工扣款及跟进
日常赎回操作
完成赎回流程所需信息文件的收集和准备
收集员工赎回表格,
核对员工认购情况保证赎回完整
完成所需文件的准备和提交
完成内部流程, 个税计算,付款申请等
员工沟通和答疑
完善日常操作流程,数据整理和分析
任职要求:
-Minimum 4 years working experience
- Good knowledge in data management analysis
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Customer focused with serving attitude
- Team player
- Bachelor degree and above;
- Proficiency writing in English, oral English is plus
- Good computer skill ( excel)
