Roles Responsibilities
? Provide support on training workshops:
o customer training coordination
o internal and external communication
o training set up
o training feedback collection
o training catalog and website update
o other related operation work
? Handle internal/external training related operational tasks:
o marketing content creation and translation
o process update
o intellectual inventory management
o logistic arrangement for customer onsite training
Requirements and Skills
Education
? Bachelor Degree
? Marketing, Business Management or English major is preferred
Knowledge
? Fundamental knowledge of IT industry
? Proficient skill at Microsoft Office, especially for Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint Server
? PMP certificate is preferred
Skill
? Fluent English Skill and excellent written English/Chinese skill. Can independently handle English Con-call
? Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
Working Experience
? 2+ years working experience in service industry
? Experience on managing service or marketing projects will be valued
