PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Globalization Services (GS) acts as ‘One Face to the Field Organization and SAP Customers for all globalization topics: internationalization, localization and translation. One of SAP key success factors is being able to deliver excellent globalization solutions as part of SAP standard product. Currently, SAP has globalization teams in several locations that are dedicated to the localization and delivery of country versions in all SAP product areas. The globalization team in SAP Labs China Shanghai is one important unit within that global development network – with the mission to develop solutions for the global, regional and local markets.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for Team Assistant candidates with great enthusiasm and dedication to provide service for software development. As part of our global team, you will work with our local team and global team members closely to ensure daily operational administrations with high quality. You will:
? Performing administrative and office support activities for teams.
? Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
? Ability to communicate with global operation teams, report issue and push them to solve it.
? Scheduling and preparing Internal and External Meetings.
? Event Organization and Coordination (room bookings, catering, venue scouting, travel, logistics, etc.)
? Supporting reporting, data analysis, verification etc.
? Administrating assets, development equipment and tools
? Ad-hoc creative projects and office tasks
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Good communication skills
? Fluent oral and written English
? High commitment level
? People with patience
? Excellent MS Office skills
