职位要求
Responsibilities:
l Assist in providing secretarial and administrative support which includes managing and making arrangements for leaders’ schedule, appointments, travel, etc.
2 Follow up the process of reimbursement for leaders’ biz trip and other expenses
3 Accommodation arrangement for the team, book air-ticket and hotel
4 Organization of internal and external meetings
5 Enter requisition requests for consultancy and services
6 Support generation of reports, data analysis, and slides preparation
7 Conduct translation both in Chinese and English
8 Take additional responsibilities assigned within the department
9 Support front desk and office reception
Requirements:
l At least 5 years relevant secretary/admin experience, preferable for the working experience with MNC
2 Good command of oral and written English
3 Good MS (outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) skills
4 Good communication skills
5 Integrity, high sense of responsibility, hardworking, good teamwork spirit
