职位要求
Responsibility:
1. Ensure a positive image to the visitors. Welcome the clients in a professional manner and implementing visitor procedure
2. Responsible for the reception of in-coming calls and requests, transfer calls to appropriate individuals
3. Coordinate with tea ladies and security guards
4. Parking card management
5. Name card order and distribution to appropriate individuals
6. Assist in preparation of Expense Claims
7. Perform any other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirement:
1. Female, age 23-26,College Degree, English or Administration major preferred
2. Some experience in the above position in a foreign company or Building Management Company is desired.
3. Fluent in English
4. Experienced in using PC software and office facilities
5. Excellent in customer complain handling
6. Skillful in emergency handling
7. Warm personality, fully dedication and excellent communication skill, good service mind and professional attitude, demonstrated organizing ability.
8. Good communication skill
9. Good team work
