WE MVP Coordinator
The Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Program within the Develop Experience (DX) organization at Microsoft recognizes the most active experts in technical communities with the Microsoft MVP award. The “Community Program Coordinator for WE” will work in an international team, supporting the DX Community Program Managers worldwide with a concentration in WE with the management of the MVP Program. The team’s charter is to maintain high levels of satisfaction with influencers while enhancing the Microsoft customer experience product quality. This role works to positively impact the market perception of Microsoft, product advocacy within technical communities, product quality and customer satisfaction.
Regular activities include:
Evaluation of contributions of top community contributors under consideration for re-award of the MVP Award (e.g. contributions in forums, blogs, newsgroups, events, etc.) under supervision of manager.
Monitoring and reporting on goings-on in technical communities (events, current topics of conversation, top issues, etc.)
Tracking and monitoring WE social media channels
Supporting role in organizing community events
Resolution of MVP Award Program issues
Managing general MVP-ready communications with WE MVPs
Collecting entering monthly contributions to internal regional newsletter
Requirements:
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, CRM tools including Dynamics
Familiarity with social media channels and listening systems
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
2-3 years of experience in a similar field
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of other WE languages will be highly appreciated
Desired Passion for technology and understanding of technical topics
