工作职责
1) Onsite working at BMBS Procurement department in Beijing (work location: Daimler Tower)
2) Working scope:
a. Handling of commodities such as “Media buy”, “Event and Digital management”;
b. Processing orders and contracts upon receipt of the requests from internal stakeholders, and following corporate policy and process;
c. Supporting procurement team regarding data collection, supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, data analysis and contract management;
3) Working period: from Dec.2015. to Dec. 2016
4) Qualification:
a. At least two years working experiences of in-direct material procurement, working in multi-national companies could be a plus;
b. Experiences of handling “Media buy”, “Event and Digital management” could be a plus;
c. Good negotiation skills, communication manners and conflict management skills;
d. Good team work spirit, willing to work under pressures and Detail orientation.

- Bachelor degree required

- 2-3 years’ experience in administrative work or office management
- 2-3 years’ work experience in executive assistant function
? Specific knowledge
- Analytic and strategic thinking, independent working attitude and competence in communication with and moderation of groups
- Process/project management related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese, both oral and written (German is a plus), proficient in MS Office software applications, good in multi-tasking management
- Experienced and confident working in an international environment
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, good time management, independent working attitude
- Team player with ability to work under pressure and high workload.
- Good sense of responsibilities with proactive character
