Key Accountabilities:
Contributes to the preparations and supports for successful delivery of HR programs and processes including but not limited to:
? Executing the HR major rhyme, under the direction of the HR Director and HR Associate.
? Supports the Performance Management processes, provide administration support for Halogen.
? Support Annual Training Planning and ensure full and smooth execution as per the planning.
? HR Operations Support including onboarding/checkout/contract management, and etc.
Detailed Responsibilities:
? Halogen: keep employee’s data updated in real-time manner in our HR system.
? Support HR efforts regarding Soft/Hard Skill Training Planning, accountable for the training execution to ensure each planned training is implemented smoothly. Driving execution of training and setting expectations on timing, delivery, necessary coaching, etc. to ensure success.
? Drive and Support the execution of planned New Employee Orientation Training.
? Supporting HRD in Talent Review Preparation.
? HR Operations supporting including but not limited to Employee’s Onboarding/Checkout process, contract expiry reminder, contract renewal, probation reminder, and etc.
? Employee support in terms of salary/work certificate.
? Invitation for expatriates.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
? Good communication skill.
? Good English communication both in speaking and writing.
? Strong organization, attention to detail, cultural awareness, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
? Ability to coordinate and multi-task HR Programs in a complex and matrix business environment
? Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. Willing to help.
? Basic Project Management experience is a plus.
