岗位职责：

1.？Recruiting:

？ a) Arrange interviews with identified candidates

？ b) Upload candidates resumes into iCIMS

？ c) Update hiring status and comments in iCIMS

2. New Hire Orientation

？ a) Keep warm with new hires and follow their resignation process

？ b) Collect new hires information and documents

？ c) Prepare on-boarding kit and survival kit for new hires

？ d) Regularly check the progress of Passport to Success and the Orientation Plan

3.？Training:

？ a) Collect pre survey and after survey from trainees

？ b) Analyze trainees’ feedback and comments and generate a summary

？ c) Arrange training logistics

？ d) Help to manage Business English Classes

4.？Other HR Administrative work

？ a) Non-fixed work hour renewal and re-approval

？ b) Update Shanghai 21 Century Talents system (Local government system)

？ c) Assist entitled employees in applying for Shanghai Huko

？ d) Annual Health check arrangement

？ e) Other trifles like monthly paycheck and birthday vouchers delivery, public holiday announcement, all kinds of communication letters delivery etc

 

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree

2. At least 1 year working experience at HR function

3. Excellent English Skill

4. Good Communication Skill

5. MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Skills
