工作职责：
      Assist company legal contract team to draft customer contracts;

？ Follow up with Contacts Legal & Tax Review and management Approval; Make sure the review comments are incorporated into the final contract draft.

？ Assist product line sales employee to negotiate contract terms

？ Complete tracking record and file final contract in time

？ Organize the tender team (MKT, ENG, Ops, HSEQA and Legal) to ensure tender are timely and accurately reviewed, responded and submitted to meet clients' bidding requirements;

？ Efficiently communicate with MKT and ENG teams in relation to the bidding documents so as to ensure all the bidding documents are correct and accurate

？ Maintain and update company sales revenue database and provide monthly market summary analysis



任职资格：
Skill: Good command in oral and written English, and strong computer skill, Cheerful and generous, meticulous stable, can work under pressure, good team cooperation ability, good at thinking.

Education: Bachelor degree, major in international trade, economic law or English (Fresh graduates, or one year experience graduates are preferred)
